Julian is a Kabinett king, and this is really reminiscent of his famous neighbour downriver. A lot cheaper here, mind you. Lean and cooling in its refreshment, there’s plenty of citrus up front before a hint of something riper shows its face. The texture is all glossy, with a mineral line that holds everything together from start to finish. ABV: 8%
