Returns

We’re happy to accept returns for any bottles that are still in perfect condition within 30 days of purchase.
To start the returns process, please contact us at wine@parched.wine.

Please note:

  • Transaction fees incurred by Thirsty Boy Wine Co Ltd t/a Parched are non-refundable and charged at 1.7% of the purchase value.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • The cost of returning the order is at your own expense.

  • Risk remains with the buyer until the wines are safely returned to us.

Corked or Out-of-Condition Bottles

Wine faults occasionally happen, it’s part of territory.

If you believe your wine is affected by cork taint, please contact us immediately and, if possible, include photos of the cork and wine label showing the lot numbers.
Please note that cork taint only affects wines sealed with natural cork.

Many of the wines sold on Parched are made without chemical intervention, making them more sensitive to storage conditions. All wines are kept in temperature-controlled storage and shipped only when weather conditions are suitable.

Returns for faults such as oxidation or re-fermentation, which may result from improper storage, can only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
To keep your wines in good condition, please store them in a cool, dark place with minimal temperature fluctuation.

If you suspect a wine is out of condition, reseal the bottle and contact us as soon as possible at wine@parched.wine.
We may need to arrange collection of the bottle(s) for inspection and analysis.
