Shipping policy

Standard Delivery (Mainland UK)
Parched Wine offers free nationwide delivery to most of the mainland UK on orders over £80. For orders under £80, we charge £7.50 per address.

Orders are dispatched on a next-day service when placed before 2:30pm. Orders placed after 2:30pm or on a weekend/bank holiday are processed on the next working day.

Please note that we cannot guarantee next-day delivery and due to the nature of shipping wine there can be breakages and delays outside of our control. If your parcel is delayed, you don't receive it or there was an issue with delivery please email us at wine@parched.wine and we will chase it up on our end.

Delivery Outside Mainland UK
Delivery outside of the mainland UK, often will take longer to arrive and costs more. Unfortunately, due to the increased costs of shipping to these locations free shipping does not apply.

Same-day Delivery (most of London)
If you are desperately in need of a same day delivery and are based in London please get in touch with us for a quote. You can reach us on or via wine@parched.

Delivery to duty paid reserves or storage
Purchases can be sent to your duty paid reserves storage or onto an overseas shipper. Please contain any relevant delivery information in the notes at checkout and send an email to wine@parched.wine to confirm. Any additional delivery costs or re-routing fees will be at your expense.

Signatures & proof of age
Deliveries may require a signature. Deliveries asked to be left without a signature are at the customer’s risk. We refuse to sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing an order with us you confirm that you or the recipient is at least 18 years of age and we and our couriers reserve the right to ask for a form of ID or to not deliver the goods if unsure about the recipient’s age.

Damaged or missing orders
