WongSiri, Rosengarten Chardonnay 2024

Vibe: Classic, New Wave

WongSiri is the white wine label. Pretty damn good too. From a site on loess and loam soils with gravel and iron-rich deposits on alluvial terraces. Ferments for the whites run slow and cool in 228L barriques. Aged 15 months in same barrique, and an additional 4 months in bottle prior to release. Under 600 bottles made.

If you like Chardo that is ultra tense and salty, then you'll like this. It's deep and dense, with real a lovely texture. Oak is as ever masterful, and the finish again, endless.
