Werlitsch is the project of Ewald and Brigitte Tscheppe, who make strikingly pure, mineral-driven natural wines from the rolling hills of Styria. Working without chemicals and with a deeply holistic approach, they farm in tune with nature to craft energetic expressions of Sauvignon Blanc, Welschriesling, and Morillon (Chardonnay).

Best known for their cult Ex Vero range, Werlitsch is part of the Schmecke das Leben group, a tight circle of like-minded Styrian growers including Andreas Tscheppe (Ewald’s brother), Strohmeier, and Sepp & Maria Muster.
