Furmint from the ridiculously steep slopes of Slovenian Styria. This vineyard is literally an amphitheatre of terraced vines. It’s insane, look at the label to get an idea. The acidity, as you’d expect from the variety, is off the charts. There’s also a flinty reduction that opens into ripe fruit, pastry, and spice. A lot is going on here, in the best possible sense. Zero adds. ABV: 12.5%
