Vibe: Light but structured

A little more extraction here but still acid driven, aromatic and refreshing. There's also a little more minerality and spice in this bottling. No bad thing. If you like cru beaujolais with a little bit of bottle age (who doesnt?) then I think you'll be very very happy with this. ABV: 13%
