Not just a master of fun fizz, Alanna can also craft refined bubbles just as good as those in Champagne. Seriously, if this were poured for me in Reims, there’s no way I’d guess it was from Rheinhessen. Direct-pressed Pinot aged in barrel, then refermented with juice from the following harvest, before 30 months on lees and disgorged in 2025. Toasty and moreish, with plenty of orchard crunch. Classy yet fun, this can do it all.  ABV: 12%
