Vigneti Tardis was founded in 2017 by Jack Lewens, somm and co-owner of Shoreditch’s Leroy, and winemaker Bruno de Conciliis. Their vineyards are located next to a Unesco world heritage site and are all farmed organically with some biodynamic treatments. They champion local varieties, and in the cellar prefer to work with stainless steel or older oak in order to showcase their unique terroir.
