A benchmark natural wine, and probably Italy’s best white. Super complex and super rare. Golden in colour and remarkably intense in both aromatic presence and palate concentration. Searing acidity and richness form the hallmarks of structure for extremely long potential ageing. Elegant floral notes of white flowers including broom, Mediterranean herbs that complement the ripe white and yellow fruits, spice and mineral notes. ABV: 12.5%
