Grape: Gamay + Pinot Noir

Vibe: Crushable

The Pinot gently macerates before being blended into Gamay, which is direct pressed. Just look at that colour! Lip-smacking and smile-inducing pink that could just as well be a light, chillable rouge. There's a lot of fruit but it's firmly bone dry. Wild and sherbety raspberries mainly, before some savoury spice and herbs get woven in on the way out. What a wine. ABV: 12%
