Vincent and Marie cut their teeth in Beaujolais in the 1990s, heavily influenced by the work of Jules Chauvet, Marcel Lapierre and co. On the hunt for terroir and vines to match that same spirit, they upped sticks to the Auvergne in 2002. They started with 4.5 hectares and have since planted another 5 or so. Plots of Gamay d'Auvergne, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Muscat, from which they make some truly incredible wines.
