Tony Bornard is the son of the famous and now retired Philippe Bornard. He struck out on his own in 2013, then merged his estate with his father’s when he took the helm in 2017, bringing his grand total holdings to 11.5 hectares in town of Pupillin in the Jura region. The wines span two appellations, Arbois-Pupillin and Côtes du Jura, but Tony’s plan for the next few years is to remove his wines from the appellations to allow him more freedom in his process. The wines are fresh as heck and also rare as heck, so be one of the lucky ones.
