You don't get Jura this good at this price point, until now! From a single plot planted with more than a dozen white grape varieties on the hills above Poligny, however, the Savagnin dominates at first, bringing spiced, yellow fruit. Herbal, grassy notes slowly come to the fore before finishing up smoky and salty. Wow.
