Vines here are planted in a combo of sand and schist, and the results are deeply floral and aromatic. Honey blossom and violets come bursting out the gate, backed up by white peach and fresh, juicy apricot and rounded off with a good smack of minerality. Complex and concentrated, this is truly great stuff. ABV: 12%
