Gruner with a little oxidative twist! Sign me up. You get the classic bright citrus and white pepper notes but with a hint of complexity from a smidgen of aging under flor. The crown cap is deceiving but deliberate. Chosen to trap in a small amount of intentional reduction. Decant and marvel at notes of salted nuts, honey and pears. This is both uniquely delicious and utterly approachable.  It would definitely slap alongside some festive fare too. ABV: 11.5%
