Who would've thought one of my personal highlights of the Loire Salons would have been this? Actually, if you know me (Fionn that is) then it's probably not a huge surprise. Either way Sophie has gone back to Germany to source a bit of fruit from some good pals. Drinks like a rosé of the highest order. Heaps of watermelon and rhubarb, wicked line of acid, perfectly textured. As I type the sun has decided to come out and as such I thought I'd treat myself to see if it's how I remembered. Looks like things have gotten even better! ABV: 11%
