Whole bunches of Escursac from Cati Ribot's youngest vines and the darkest and most briny of the Eloi offering. The fruit is fresh but veering into the purple side whilst those island herbs and salt feel ever-present. I'm obsessed with how much Mediterranean charm is trapped in these bottles. Just the pair online, don't dawdle. ABV: 12%
