Simon Faure is the partner of Jessica Litaud, another one of our favourites in the Mâconnais. Quality is similarly high, although these wines feel very singular and standalone. There's a remarkable drinkability to these bottles. Ripe fruited but seemingly so easy to knock back, something that is becoming harder to find in the warming world of today.

Grapes are harvested by hand into small crates. Pressing is gentle. Ferments are always in barrel, but never new. Vinification and élevage go ahead without any inputs at all. They are invigorating in a way you rarely see from Mâcon. A unique style, and one that we're very much into.
