10 days maceration followed by 1.5 years in Amphora. This, coupled with some later harvested fruit gives us plenty of flavour, and a tropical, almost sweeter sensation, before things go completely dry and savoury. It's a journey, and we're keen on it. Will do really well with spicy food. ABV: 10.5%
