Chris Santini is a négociant based in Auxey-Duresses. Chris works for Kermit Lynch in the US, but is based in Beaune and has been sourcing parcels from Beaujolais all the way to Champlitte, the northernmost part of Burgundy which borders Franche-Comté. All the wines are fermented with their native yeasts and bottled unfiltered. Chris has also spearheaded the Auxey Collective, which has the springboard for the likes of Vin Noé and Domaine Dandelion. Excellent wines, that deserve all the hype of his peers.
