Roulot? Priced fairly, yup.

Not just a white wine wizard. Roulot’s reds are just as ethereal and captivating. The house style for Pinot is all about finesse.

Vinified in open-top wooden cuves, with the must kept cool before fermentation kicks off. This lasts about two weeks, some pump-overs with the occasional punch-down too. Then a year and a bit in barrel, only around 15% new.

I’ve got a real soft spot for Auxey. All plums and petals!
