Delicacy is the word for this one. The finest selection from Les Béguines (87%), topped up with an addition of still red made entirely from 'millerandé' Meunier. Essentially, tiny, seedless, particularly sweet and scented berries, and here they bring perfume and lift from. Vinified without SO2 and aged for 10 months in one 228 litre barrel. Yikes. Elegantly aromatic spiced red fruit and a texture to die for. ABV: 12.5%
