Pierre Henri alongside running the family domaine (Domaine Rougeot) is now pushing out a small negoce operation. Based under his own home in Meursault, this allows him to work with sites outside of the family holdings. The wines are sulphured only if needed, and this is done on a barrel by barrel basis.
