One for the natty heads. Grapes from a mixture of old and new vines, co-fermented in whole bunches for three weeks before a two year sleep in barrel. The fruit is brambly and the texture is iron-like. No fining, filtering or SO2 adds. Obviously. This is complexity personified. ABV: 12%
