A great variety, Mencia, and it's cool to see it being planted more outside of it's Northern Spanish homeland. Vamos! Jordan treats this to a carbonic maceration bath ala classic Beaujolais and the result is an extremely easy to imbibe with with tonnes of character if you want but also it's fine if you don't.
