Volcanic Pinot all spruced up with a little sparkle. Fermented in steel and then matured on full solids building in character and leesy richness. That volcanic limestone providing an essential backbone of divine freshness. This is all wild strawberry and rhubarb before we delve into petrichor and gravelly minerality. If this the first attempt at Blanc de Noir, I think the future is looking rather bright indeed. Stock up whilst you can. ABV: 12%
