Something skinsy from Serbia! Didn't really know what to expect going into this, came out feeling energized. Really tasty. One of those macerations that ticks all the boxes. The fruit is marmalade-y but fresh, there's a bit of tea-like spice, some savoury herbs. There's just enough grip but things aren't astringent. Very well balanced and immensely drinkable. Come for the curiosity, stay for the complexity. ABV: 13.5%

Please note the bottle is sealed with a natural layer of clay, sourced directly from the vineyard. This saves waste by avoiding foil, plastic, or wax capsules. Opening is straightforward. Insert the corkscrew through the clay, pull the cork halfway, brush away any loose clay, then remove the cork and enjoy!
