In the colder months I want my macerated stuff to actually have a bit of tannic grip and texture ya know? The pretty colour here is just a bonus. Firmly on the savoury side of our skin contact, this is intense and layered. Dried fruit and southern herbs meet gingery spice. Food friendly and wouldn't be half bad cozied up on the sofa. ABV: 12%
