The Legendary Eric Texier's son Martin is now doing his own thing down in the Rhone. Tasting this for the first time caught me off guard. Who’d have thought a Muscat-y Pet-Nat could be so refreshing? None of the overtly floral thing here. This was subtle but slicing, thanks to a short time in steel before refermenting in bottle. Apple and elderflower remind me that spring is just around the corner. ABV: 10%
