Marco Lubiana, Chardonnay 2022

As with the Pinot, fruit sourced from the Huon and Derwent holdings of the Lubiana family. Fermentation was slow, and the wine spent 12 months on lees in a mixture of barrel. Plenty going on, all of it to like. A Chardy of presence and character, starting generous and ripe fruited, finishing lip-smacking and salty. A winner. ABV: 12.5%
