100% whole bunch and very gently extracted. Sounds good to me. 60-year-old vines at the bottom of the lieu-dit Les Caillettes that has deep, red clay soils. Sounds even better. This is very much in the mold of the modern Burgundy I like, fine-boned, vibrant, and elegant. I reckon this one's just at the beginning of a long life ahead too. ABV: 12%
