Jura natives Anne-Cécile and Marc met at the Lycée Hôtelier de Poligny where they were both training as sommeliers. Their combined work experience spanned Paris, London and even Ecuador before they were driven home by Covid. Back in France, Marc trained with Thomas Pico in Burgundy, and then the couple worked with François Rousset-Martin before starting up their own domaine in 2024. They now oversee five hectares across Villeneuve-sous-Pymont, Savagna, and L’Étoile, planted on grey marl, which they farm organically and biodynamically. A new and exciting domaine from this most exciting of regions.
