Oh my god. This is very very tasty. Fruit off a limestone-rich parcel, before two years' élevage and then a year in bottle before release. The climate here is cooler than the more famed parcels of the Pfalz., and I'm here for this insanely detailed wine. Classy and refined Riesling, the acidity is there but not so tear-jerking. The fruit here is fleshy and very herbal, with so much clarity on show. Pfalz on fire.
