Les Héritiers du Comte Lafon was established in 1999 when the famed Lafon family purchased a small domain in Milly-Lamartine. The project has grown ever since and today covers 26 biodynamically farmed hectares in the Mâconnais. Vinification and ageing is now taking place in increasingly larger oak formats. Given the Mâcon's more generous fruit profile, their aim is to retain freshness and not impart too much oak influence. Yum.
