Auvergnat Pinot from a vineyard at 550m above sea level, on complex soils of shale, marl, and limestone. This was a warmer vintage, but we still have loads of volcanic freshness. Iron-rich strawberry fruit with plenty of spice. Schenanun-like in its addictive nature. This is going to age like a beauty. ABV: 13%
