Their self named 'Le Coste' vineyard might be their most special. Planted densely, with over ten thousand plants per hectare, and exposed east at 470 metres above sea level, it's no wonder they hold it in such high regard. Predominantly Procanico bolstered by a handful of local, fragrant whites, this is a serious skinsy number. Two years of élevage in barrel, before an additional rest in bottle, has rendered a wine of power and poise. It's fleshy and intensely salty, and a reminder that orange wine can, and should, be taken very seriously. ABV: 12%
