...LC Selections x Dan's presents: Paralian

Time to bring out the big guns. We have the absolute pleasure of being joined by Charlie Seppelt and Skye Salter, the powerhouse behind Paralian Wines, for one night of Aussie excellence on the Dalston Riviera. 

Paralian is the long awaited, and much lauded, project of Skye and Charlie, who between them have amassed over 50 vintages around the world at names including Chave, Dublère, Château Giscours and Shaw + Smith. The goal of Paralian is to shine a light on distinguished sites throughout McLaren Vale. The winemaking is traditional and gentle, and the wines bright and modern in style. In their own words, "Great wines are great when they’re young and great when they’re aged. It’s not a complex ideal… but to do less is to do more."

We'll be pouring through the range of wines – this is top tier, elite grade vino that you do nottt want to sleep on.
