Langham Wines are all about quality, using only estate-grown, hand-harvested fruit for their trad-method bubbles. Each base wine is crafted with indigenous yeasts, extended ageing, and regular bâtonnage in a delightful mix of stainless steel, concrete, and used French barriques. Oxidative techniques and blending from a variety of complex base wines are the secret behind Langham’s distinctive style and there is minimal use of sulphur and low dosage too. Just how we like it!
