La Chaume des Lies was born when Margaux and Lothar met on a visit to Maison en Belles Lies. Serendipity? '21 is only their first vintage, so they've got their whole winemaking lives ahead of them. The domaine works according to the lunar calendar and limit their intervention in the cellar as much as possible to allow the grapes and the ground to speak for themselves.
