Whole bunch Pinot that spends a little time in barrels, both big and small. Signature spice and a pleasing vegetal note from the stems really come through here. The light, satin-smooth tannin hints that this will have a long life, and whilst drinking like a dream now this will be simply breathtaking with a few extra years in the bottle. ABV: 12%
