The fruit source here is Yangarra, one of the pioneering bioydnamic growers in the Vale. Elite level fruit given elite level treatment. Texture for days! 60% bathed on the skins for a few days, with the rest carbonically fermented. So much to like here, and keep the mind guessing. Plenty of chew and grip balanced out by a wash of juicy, spicy orchard fruit and saline acidity. Large glass and not too cold is the one. ABV: 12.8%
