Grenache Blanc and Australia aren't common bedfellows, but Riley Harrison managed to find some and here's the excellent result. A week on skins to bring out texture (Riley's calling card), with enviably fresh pear and quince bringing the fruit side of things. Superb drinking as per. ABV: 12.6%
