From Jules and Lucy’s first harvest. Meunier, aged in barrel for 10 months before 30 months on the lees. All those English Sparklings winning awards are rarely made with grapes as healthy as we have here. Ham Street go above and beyond in both the vines and the cellar, and you can really taste it.

Fizz with actual personality. Aromatically on-point, gorgeously racy and with a moreish mouthfeel. Pour this for me blind and I’d be heading straight to the cult growers of the Val de la Marne.

2.5g/l dosage. No fining, no filtration, no added sulphur. Techy bits aside, I simply adore this. Very little of it is made (450 bottles), and I fully intend to squirrel away my fair share… ABV: 11.8%
