Brochet began working a portion of his family's holdings in Villers-Aux-Noeuds, just to the south-west of Reims in 1997, with his first release in 2002. He began organic conversion on his 2.5 hectare vineyards in 2008. He believes organics lead to a richer more mineral driven wine and we tend to agree. Outside of work Brochet is a keen artist and his ideal day away from the vines would see him race old bangers. What a life eh?
