This is particularly delicious. As the name suggests, fruit from older vine Syrah planted on mountainous sandstone-based vineyards. This gives us naturally restricted yields and all the potential complexity that comes with that. 50% whole bunches. Lots to unpack here, but it does the work for you. Floral and peppery, leading into darker fruits and some meatiness. Textbook. ABV: 13%
