Bastard only in name, as a little nod to our Iberian friends, where Trousseau is known as Bastardo. I'm not gonna start an argument on who had it first... Not just any Trousseau though, this is à la Dame! The prized clone known for giving great depth and definition. There's plenty of spice and floral lift too. One to get around asap. But also one you can forget about and watch go all savoury. ABV: 13%
