Chardonnay from their self-proclaimed best vintage ever, the Sauvagny was aged for 18 months total - twelve in barrel, foudre and concrete then another six in tank. It's deep, round and mineral, with ripe stone fruit and crackling acidity. It's an absoloute beast of wine, that unfurls wonderfully over the course of a long, leisurely lunch. ABV: 13.5%
