This grower has eluded our shelves for far too long and is personally one of my most coveted and admired producers. Based in a small Premier Cru village tucked inside the Montagne de Reims, these wines are, in my eyes, the ultimate vinous fizzers. A pioneer of farming with real intent in a region where dead vineyards were becoming the norm. One of the first to plough with horses. One of the first to champion Meunier. The world of grower Champagne owes a lot to this man. So does my tiny cellar.


These wines have become genuine icons and must-try bottles for any fizz fan. They also have very cute labels. It is a real privilege to finally have our hands on a small but mighty stash of Stroebel.
