Iago showing off what he can do with his own vines, this is at the top end of his range. This was aged under a thin layer of flor in a combination of barrels and buried tinajas (IYKYK, if you don't, = amphorae) and is luscious and deep, the flor ageing really bringing out the salinity in the wine. Add some tarragon herbiness, pink grapefruit and rose and you've got yourself a heck of a wine. ABV: 12%
